Is LTI Worth Joining
This really depends on your situation but I will give you what I will take from what I have seen.
I think the one thing that doesn't matter here is bond time. You will be starting with one of the top two companies in the IT sector and spend at least two years in your first career with such a large brand name on a regular basis. And a change at the beginning of your career affects the cv (not so much but some companies think it’s a bad point) so it’s best to build credentials in one go.
Let's look at the companies themselves:
L&T Infotech:
Benefits-
- Another large company that will work in terms of work culture and job profile
- The package is high which makes me believe you will have the opportunity to learn and grow. Starting with a good package gives your overall job the first boost that will help you grow faster
- I think this company is down south where you will have a lot of opportunities to change and grow. Bangalore, Chennai, hyderabad, Mumbai still IT and financial institutions across India.
Cons-
- Reduced travel-related opportunities as they do not have as many projects in North America compared to TCS
- The extra package will definitely go into basic services as mentioned above
- You will have to travel home with celebrations that include booking a flight or a train ahead of time
- Your settings will all change as you will need to adapt to a new job and a new location. I wouldn’t say its con rather it will take time at first but you will get used to it
- So the perfect conclusion would be that if you plan to stay in your native area in the future and enjoy an easy job then go to TCS but if you are willing and willing to explore, you want to grow in IT or explore opportunities and go for L&T infotech
TCS:
Benefits-
- The balance of good working life when you consider the whole picture
- Projects around the world have the opportunity to go if the project allows
- Save as you will not be able to spend rent, electricity, water, groceries and more as the company is in your city
- Your current setup will not change and you will have a function as a new environment
- You will not have to travel home for the festivities
Cons-
- Offering a package smaller than L&T.
- Kolkata has a limited number of opportunities at the moment and the IT space will take time to grow. To improve the job it is best to go south and get a job
- I know a lot of people call TCS a government employee where you work on a long-term project with Limitied growth potential
CONCLUSION:
New Career A great place to start your career. Employees are well cared for and appreciated for their work. It is always encouraged. Nothing to see so far from the new look. The power company Global Fortune 500 has chosen LTI as its main partner in a service-based contract agreement to build and consolidate an IT service delivery platform across the organization and reduce total ownership costs.
Work culture is good compared to other companies and service sector\
BELIEVE ME LTI IS WORTH JOINING AND PROLLY THE HIGHTEST PAYING MNC 💥

ReplyDeleteFyi i work in lti as a Sde 1 :)

DeleteLmao. Good luck with lti
DeleteI am placed in NCR(8LPA) and as a part of my internship they have pushed me into a team named Robots(which works on RobotFramework and automates Test cases), as this is a testing role I want to quit this. The other options I have right now are TCS Digital(7LPA) Hyderbad(Home Town) location and LTI ICC Level2(8LPA). I got the joining letter from TCS for 3rd of June, didnt get any offer letter as of now from LTI (seniors said we will be getting it by October or so). And NCR said that it will convert me into FTE after I get done with my exams(after July 17th). So what according to you is the best job for a person who wants to get into development roles.
ReplyDeleteGo for tcs digital
